Who we are
This website belongs to Printaro, run by Zagoris Aurel, Georgiou Papavasileiou 55, 190 03 Markopoulo Mesogaias, Greece (VAT No. EL063011355). We are responsible for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at printaro@printaro.gr or +30 22993 11440.
What we receive
The website itself does not collect personal data. The quote form is filled in on your own device: when you press Send, your email app opens with your request addressed to printaro@printaro.gr, and you decide whether to send it. When you email or call us, we receive what you choose to share, usually your name, email address, phone number, business name and the details of your project.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request, prepare a quote and carry out your order. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract and the contract itself (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legal obligations for invoicing and accounting (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep our correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your request and any order, and invoices for as long as Greek tax law requires.
Who else sees it
We never sell your data or share it for marketing. The providers that run our email and this website process data on our behalf only to provide those services, and our accountant sees invoices as the law requires.
Cookies and storage
We use no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser keeps three small preferences on your device only: your language, whether you prefer the site without animation, and that you have already seen the intro film during this visit. They never leave your device. Like every website host, our hosting provider may keep short technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
Fonts and outside links
All fonts, images and films are served from this website; nothing is loaded from Google or other outside services. Links to Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of or objection to its use, and a copy of it in a common format. Write to printaro@printaro.gr. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
